The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great facilities. The location was convenient for shopping.

Convenient location near Platinum Fashion Mall, with a new renovation. Lift may be slow, but everything else is fine. Beds are a bit hard and it takes time for the aircon to cool the room. Having two key cards would be preferable.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is perfect, right above shops and across from the main shopping mall. It was so convenient to have everything I needed within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. I appreciated the amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The staff at the counter were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was impressed with the facilities, including free internet access and a flat-screen TV. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.
